Did you know that the YMCA and Central City offer a “Stride Inside” walkers program? The group meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 8:00 am in front of Customer Service. They start with a good warm-up walk great distances throughout the mall and end with a cool-down. After the cool-down they get together for coffee in the foodcourt.
