Canadian Mental Health Association Youth Planting For A Change.
Corporate partners are encouraged to sponsor a youth to plant a mini garden to signify hope and growth for mental health in the community of Surrey. Hosted at Central City Shopping Centre, Youth Planting for Change is a fundraising event that will raise awareness of mental illness among youth and help grow a community that supports youth mental wellness.
The event will take place from March 22nd to April 1, 2012. During this time, these gardens will be seen by thousands of visitors to Central City Shopping Centre. In addition, visitors to the shopping centre are invited to write a message of hope and hang it on the wellness tree found in the centre of the gardens to encourage healthy minds in the community.
This is your chance to get involved in your community through the Canadian Mental Health Association and help to make a change in the City of Surrey.
